Project Alert (Nighttime Closure): Route 161 (Flanders Road) will be closed to traffic in the immediate area under the existing bridge to place new structural steel for bridge construction. The Exit 74 northbound on-ramp and southbound off-ramp will remain open during this time. This closure of Route 161 (Flanders Road) will be in effect from Monday, September 9th until Sunday, September 22nd during the nighttime hours from 8:00 p.m. – 5:00 a.m. At minimum, one travel lane in each direction on Route 161 will be open to traffic at all other times.
