Future Milestones

The next major milestone goal is to move into stage 3 of the construction project.  This would come with the completion of the following elements of work:

  • Installation of Retaining Wall 111 (large retaining wall that separates a DOT access road off of King Arthur Road and the I-95 northbound Exit 74 on-ramp).
  • Installation of the southernly portion of I-95 Bridge 250.
  • Reconfiguration of the Exit 74 northbound on-ramp.

Currently, the project has made some major adjustments to the original staging plans.  This was done to best manage the large amount of soil excavated and progress with the contract work in the most timely fashion.
